7. Returns & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch confirmation is sent.
Returns are accepted under our 30-Day Return Policy (exceptions: customized jewelry, personalized pieces, and orders above ₹3,00,000 in solitaires).
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account.
Orders with discount codes or promotional vouchers must be returned in full. Partial returns may not be accepted.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Gold Silva Jewel shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or purchase.

Prizes and giveaways are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Shipping
We provide FREE insured shipping on all orders across India.
Each package is securely packed and shipped with tamper-proof packaging.
Delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout. Delays may occur due to courier or regional restrictions.
All shipments are covered by full transit insurance until they reach you.
30-Day Money Back Policy*
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products (except solitaires above ₹3,00,000, customized designs, and coins).
100% refund will be credited once the returned product passes our quality check (QC).
Refund will be processed via the same payment method used (Bank/UPI/Card).
Products purchased using gift cards, vouchers, or discount coupons will be refunded based on the respective terms.
Returns are FREE – we provide prepaid shipping for product returns within India.
How to Return:
Place a return request from your order history or contact our customer service.
Pack the jewelry securely in the original packaging with its certificate.
Our authorized courier partner will arrange pickup. For high-value orders (₹35,000+), a tamper-proof packet will be provided for added security.
Keep the pickup receipt/acknowledgement for reference.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after QC at our warehouse.
